Officer, Mediclinic

Position Responsibilities '¢ Ensure timely, quality and accuracy of GL issuance on cashless cases. To adjust assessment when necessary and ensure claims amount at internal system is updated. '¢ Ensure timely, quality and accuracy of medical claims assessment according to stipulated guidelines and procedures. This shall include ability to recommend for approval / rejection of claims with Senior Officer's approval. '¢ Ensure client, insurer, member, panel providers' enquiry on claim enquiry and assessment attended to in a timely manner by referring to Senior Officer for advice and guidance. '¢ Ensure close working relationship with all interdepartmental head / staff to coordinate, arrange all aspect of services required. '¢ To perform other general office and administrative work as necessary to the functions of the department / company. '¢ To participate / carry out any other duties that may be required by the management. Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities '¢ Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia '¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) '¢ Strong results orientation, interpersonal and communication skills
