Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive with a strong background in customer service to manage the day-to-day incoming and outgoing related work. This role requires you to provide comprehensive information and solutions to customers about the product and service. Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve our customers’ needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally
- Meet service level targets by achieving both service and productivity level KPIs. Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated SLA.
- Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

The Requirements:

- SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Must be able to speak and write well in English and Malay.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Working days - Rotational (supporting weekend and Public Holiday).
- Working hours - 7am to 1am (3 shifts), flexible.
- Training provided.
- 9 hours shift (including 1-hour meal break).
- **Must be flexible to work from home and office.**:

- Able to start immediately.

The Package:

- Basic Salary: RM2,500.00
- Allowance: RM300.00
- 12 Days Annual Leave / 14 Days Medical Leave
- Medical & Hospitalization Insurance Coverage

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
