Telesales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Fully utilize an work within the company's system, processes and workflows (CRM, Hubspot, SAP, Sharepoint)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (C-Type)
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions)
- Manage a sales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
**Deliverables**:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Grow existing C-Type customers and develop new customers
- Develop new A/B-Type of customer for the field sales team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
- Demonstrate excellent communication and sales skills
**Competencies & General Skills**:
- Diploma or above with marketing or other related experience;
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, preferably in industrial products or automation industries, with experience in B TO B business;
- Fluent English and Mandarin in both written & verbal are strongly encourage to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology, particular sensor technology
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Sales experience preferred
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
