**Job Description**:

- Planning, development, and control of theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.
- Supervision of tasks assigned to students.
- Provide the necessary instruction / knowledge to the trainees.
- Keep up to date apprenticeship procedures and policies. Control and improve policy indicators.
- Implement the educational plan of the Technical Training Center (TGA).
- Develop the material, manuals and practices needed for classes.
- Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the students.
- Primary focus on Electrical and Electronics curriculum development and instructions.
- Electrical Wiring and Safety requirement based on electrical standards.
- Secondary focus on Control System (Electrical Drives, PLC and Micro Controllers).
- Safety Committee. Establish proper risk assessment and control for TGA and HR

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronic or equivalent field
- 5 to 10 years experience in equipment automation/ equipment maintenance/ mechatronics and with some experience as a trainer
- At least 2 years as a technical trainer
- Instructor experience in a technical training organization.
- Industrial hands-on experience.
