**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the sales operations within Malaysia with a goal to enhance our franchise business presence.
- Independently prospect and secure new customer leads across Malaysia to boost the organization's client base.
- Carry out sales execution, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-referencing and drop-in replacements alongside bringing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for our franchised lines.
- Target Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) as primary customers.
- Collaborate closely with clients to implement the design of Integrated Circuits (ICs) into the user's end-products, ensuring technical compatibility and optimization.
- Liaise effectively with top-tier IC manufacturers and facilitate clear communication between the manufacturers and end-users for product design purposes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
