Prepare Leasing Approval Forms, Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements and tenancy related documents for manager to review before send in for management’s approval
- Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations
- Develop and grow relationships with tenants, as well as agents, building managers, business, civic groups and individuals
- Research competitive market information and maintain understanding of market dynamics
- Maintain and update various lease reporting summaries on weekly basis
- Have general knowledge of the Australian local laws governing landlord/tenant relationships
- Manages day-to-day operations of leasing and ensure maximum optimization of resources
- Set up objectives and targets and monitor regularly to ensure all objectives are achieved
- Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages
- .Assist in daily correspondences in regards to Tenants’ issues
- To attend to tenants and clients’ needs and provide optimal level of service
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
