**JOB OVERVIEW**
We are looking for an HR Assistant to assist in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
To assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
To assist in bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issues
To assist in administering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performance
To assist in ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
To assist in handling all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.
To assist in overseeing the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
To assist in reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
To assist in other ad hoc human resource and administration task.
**REQUIREMENTS**
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills
Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
Good understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations
Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.
Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and review
Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu
