JOB PURPOSE
- Accountable for ensuring stocks received from CDC are sorted accurately as per the allocated routes and loaded onto appropriate last mile fixed dedicated and ad-hoc trucks for delivery.
- This position ensures loads are dispatched on time and to the appropriate locations and supervises the entire activities as per the ZPMY Distribution guidelines.
- Responsible to manage the whole outbound activities in on behalf of ZPMY distribution.
- Supporting the CDC operation team with the day-to-day operation of the long haul, Last mile activities, responsible for Biforst operators and ensuring an efficient dispatch operation in achieving business targets.
- Provide line management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure that the team delivers, monitoring any issues, and ensuring production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met to meet the requirements of the customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in Dispatch & Transport by ensuring adequate manpower to perform outbound duties.
- To ensures all PDD transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain OTIF target.
- To ensure manifest of documents is completed on time and accurately.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the dispatch and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities, and equipment.
- Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for change
- Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the Dispatch
- Where appropriate elevate the issue to a more senior level
- Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required
- Assist in planning future capacity requirements
- Ensure that health and safety meet the required standards and carry out
- Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 1 year experience in similar role
- Knowledge of land transportation, warehousing operations, with focus on outbound operations
- Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality
- Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines.
- Multitasking and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and be available after normal business hours to get job done.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
