**About the hiring company**
This is a well established,respected and renowned property development and management company with substantial development projects across the country. A vacancy on permanent basis has arisen for the position of Finance Specialist within the internal property development & management division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to the Manager of Planning and Reporting.
- Key responsibilities include providing financial support to the property management team across a portfolio of properties to ensure timely accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis which will contribute to commercial decisions.
- As Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for financial reporting and variance analysis, budget planning and control, cashflow administration and reporting to relevant external bodies and authorities.
- You will provide support to the finance operations team in the preparation of full set of accounts and monthly accounts closing plus technical support on tax matters
- Provide support in statutory audit and tax matters.
- Responsible for budget and cashflow management.
- Responsible in CBCR reporting.

**Job Requirements**:

- A significant experience of 5-6 years working experience in project accounting/analysis role within property development is mandatory and necessary.
- Well verse in project cash flow projection and forecasting.
- Strong financial, accounting and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English, BM and Chinese/Mandarin)
- Well versed in accounting software system ( in this case Noeti) will be ideal.
