**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Budget management and allocation to achieve maximum ROI on marketing investments.
- Manage timeline for day-to-day tasks
- Set brand objectives for products that will help achieve overall business objectives
- Manage relationship with advertising agencies, provide feedback on copy and creatives consistent with the brand promise and strategy
- Monitor short and long-term market trends that impact brand and continuously identify opportunities and gaps to feed into the strategic and tactical brand plans
- Responsible for achieving growth and support hitting sales targets
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly marketing reports to upper level, highlighting key performance indicators, insights, and future plans

**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field,
- Proven experience in marketing roles with progressive responsibility, ideally in trading sector
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,999.00 per month
