**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Meet personal sales targets, actively generate new sales opportunities and discover new customer base.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of service according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of task to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Acceptable to work Overtime when needed.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and malay
- Related work experience in Customer Service/Sales field.
- Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role would be an advantage
- Any Graphic Design, advertising or content creation knowledge would be advantage

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
