You will be responsible for building trust with M&E Design Firms, maximizing business opportunities, and deploying prescription programs to achieve success.

  1. To build strong relationships with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design Firms, adding value and securing their partnership.
  2. Deploy all prescription actions with assigned accounts to maximize business potential.
  3. Lead successful Prescription programs to the accounts, ensuring optimal results.
  4. To bring Schneider Electric solutions directly to Design Firms and End Users (Utilities), understanding their needs and preferences.
  5. Promote visibility of Schneider Electric among End Users (Utilities) and Design Firms networks, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
  6. To become knowledgeable on full Schneider Electric offers and serve as a Technical Expert for selected solutions.
  7. Align goals and strategies to accomplish short-term and long-term projects, specifying clear objectives and deadlines.
  8. Gain a clear view of channels and prescribing opportunities for solution deployment, ensuring seamless execution.
  9. Conduct regular trainings, coordinate with Marketing to organize technical sharing/seminars/product launching to End User (Utilities) and Design Firms networks, enhancing knowledge and expertise.
  10. Regularly update sales teams with new product knowledge, international/local standards to improve team competency.
  11. Responsible for driving key accounts (Design Firms) into our system, ensuring streamlined operations and efficient data management.
  12. Provide clear reporting on all activities, collaborating with Business Units (BUs) and leading monthly SOC meetings with stakeholders to discuss pipeline prescription.
