**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements to optimize time management.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents for executive meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform general secretarial duties, such as typing, word processing, formatting documents, and maintaining electronic and hard copy files.
- Compile and analyze data, prepare reports, and presentations for executives.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations, internal communications, and other business-related documents.
- Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, and seminars, from planning to execution, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
- Proactively track and prioritize deadlines, follow-up actions, and commitments made by executives, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner, exercising discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Liaise with internal employees, external clients, and vendors to gather information, coordinate activities, and provide updates on behalf of the executives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as other relevant software and tools.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with sensitivity and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evening or weekend work as required.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
