Collaborate with the R&D Chef to create and test new recipes, considering factors such as taste, cost, and nutritional value.
- Responding to the findings of sensory and taste panels.
- Assist in adapting existing recipes for large-scale production while maintaining quality.
- Organize and manage internal and customer projects, assign to related department for execution process and monitor whole procedure in event to produce wanted product
- Perform product presentation with technical / scientific knowledge in convincing customer of decision maker
- Involve in product discussion acquired by customer and provide technical / scientific assistant
- Work with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients that meet our culinary standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to recipes based on feedback and testing results.
- Assist in analyzing the cost implications of recipes, ensuring that products are both innovative and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to establish and maintain quality standards for all products.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of recipes, modifications, and testing results.
- Being responsible for health and safety and food hygiene practices.
- Fully support Head ISO22000, HACCP and Halal compliance teams.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Professional Certificate, culinary degree or equivalent experience in food or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years proven experience in food industry and food processing in advantages with a focus on recipe development and innovation.
- Knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and a passion for staying updated on culinary innovations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
