**Admin PA**

We are looking for a responsible Admin Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in an organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the director's personal working life and communication.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external parties
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Conducting or preparing any research that the may require
- Create and produce Director's social media content
- Planning and handling Director's personal care
- Various ad hoc requests
- _Pick up/ Drop off goods to/ from boutiques, laundry, printing shops._
- _Buy office supplies such as food in the pantry, furniture, stationeries, and shoot stuff._
- _Carry out clerical duties, including preparing documents._

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant is a bonus
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Social media savvy.
- Proficient in photo and video editing
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Has own transport and driving license
- Discretion and confidentiality

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
