**Job Responsibilities 工作职责**:

- Select novel suitable for Brazil from the book list that provided by the novel selection, arrange, refinement, review part time translation content, published content and other system processes to continuously reduce costs and increase efficiency.
从小说选品提供的书单或者自选书单中选择合适巴西地区的网文书籍，安排兼职翻译、兼职精修，审核翻译内容，上架章节等系统流程，持续降本增效。
- Recruit part-time translator, part-time proofreader, develop the company’s part time translator and proofreader team and arrange on-going translation tasks for part-time translator.
招募兼职翻译、兼职精修，发展公司的兼职翻译、精修团队，安排兼职翻译进行中翻印任务。
- Review the work content of part-time proofreaders, translators to produce high quality Brazilian online articles.
审核校对兼职翻译、兼职精修的工作内容，产出优质的巴西网文。
- Based on data analysis, continue to optimize content production and create popular books.
根据数据反馈，持续优化内容生产，打造爆款书籍

Cooperate with customer service to collect and provide feedback on user issues, answer questions and comfort user, and improve user satisfaction.
配合客服进行用户问题的收集和反馈，做好用户的答疑和安抚，提升用户满意度。

**Job Requirements 工作要求**:

- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Portuguese. Foreigners required Chinese Proficiency Test HSK level 5 or above.
大学本科及以上学历，葡萄牙语专业，如外籍人员需要汉语水平考试HSK5级以上。
- Portuguese can be used as a language for daily communication and have certain understanding of Brazilian culture
葡萄牙语可作为日常交流语言，对巴西文化有一定的了解。
- Have good learning skills, communications skills, and teamwork ability.
具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力，和团队协作能力。
- Have certain literary reading comprehension skills and interested in online literature.
有一定的文学阅读理解能力，对网络文学感兴趣。
- Have good business development capabilities and be able to mobilize resources around you to find talent resources who can speak Chinese and Portuguese.
具有良好的商务拓展能力，可以发动身边资源找到会中文和葡萄牙语的人才资源。
- Non-Chinese personnel can work remotely locally.
非中国人员可以在当地远程办公。

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
