**Job Descriptions**:

- Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties
- Oversee daily administrative operations related to office facilities such as replenishment of pantry items, office stationeries and any other office necessities.
- Liaise with and be the point of contact for external vendors / service providers / management office for any office and facilities related issues (cleaner, Air-con Maintenance, etc.)
- Responsible for asset management such as door access card purchase, issuance and record keeping and office equipment maintenance
- To provide administrative support and liaise with government bodies for company license renewal
- Hotel / accommodation booking arrangement, ordering of F&B and logistics arrangement for company events
- Assist in upkeep and maintenance of the Company’s office units
- Manage cleaner’s schedule and ensure office cleanliness
- Undertake reception duties

**Job Requirements**:

- Good command (spoken and written) in English
- Possess positive and good working attitude, hardworking, team player, proactive, and good organization of work
- Competency in MS Office

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
