As a Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving airasia MOVE's market presence and fostering strong relationships with key destinations. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of market managers, maintaining and expanding relationships with hotel partners, analyzing data to improve commercial performance, and representing the company at events. This role offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the hotel or travel industry and a passion for people development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster new relationships in key destinations to increase the company's footprint.
- Build, nurture, and grow commercial relationships with both new and existing hotel partners.
- Implement strategic plans, promotional activities, and continuous engagement with hotel partners to enhance cooperation.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for increased productivity, rate competitiveness, and availability for AirAsia.
- Track, monitor, and assess team performance, ensuring that KPIs and targets are met using appropriate tools and resources.
- Ensure that hotel partners are well-versed in the AirAsia platform, system, and business model.
- Share up-to-date market insights, data, reports, and relevant information from both internal and external sources to support informed decision-making.
- Represent airasia MOVE at relevant events that promote the company's brand and products.
- Collaborate with other Line Of Business (LOB) teams to introduce their products to hotel partners as needed.
- Effectively coordinate, communicate, and align strategic planning and objectives from senior management to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hotel or travel-related industry (experience in OTA is an added advantage).
- Good understanding of data and able to interpret them into meaningful insights
- Ability to develop & execute business strategies to drive growth
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on achieving set goals with high agility
- Solid knowledge in airline/hotel/package revenue management
- Willingness to travel or work outside of the office as required by business need
