_**Responsibilities **:_
- To handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of monthly & yearly management account for submission to audit.
- To prepare and filing documents such as PV, RV, JV, SOA and etc.
- To handle Account Receivable and ensure payment is updated.
- To handle Account Payable process and ensure payment is accordance to the company policies procedures.
- Ensuring that creditor invoices are entered on time and accurately matched to supporting documents and properly field.
- To analysis of costing and ensure all cost are identified and recorded accurately.
- To prepare of bank, debtor creditor reconciliation.
- To monitor weekly, monthly cashflow requirement and ensure mínimal cash requirement is maintained in Bank Account.
- Responsible for local tax regulations such as SST submission and tax return.
- Liaise with auditor tax consultants and other regulatory statutory authorities.
- To prepare payroll and verify all statutory correspondence, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & etc.
- Ensure that all staff leave and absence are consistently and updated.
- Filing and safe keeping all related human resources documents.
- Maintaining and updating employee file and Million payroll system.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and when assigned by superior from time to time.
- **Requirements**:_
- At least SPM/STPM/Certificate qualification or 3 years of administrative working experience.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills.
- Required computer literature and typing skills.
- Experience in store and inventory management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in storage requirement for the medical device is an advantage and - Healthy, physically fit, good personnel hygiene & behaviour to work in store.
- Self initiative and good personality and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
