Admin & Account Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling financial records.
- Maintain and update company databases and files, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, as well as manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in business administration or accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role is desirable but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
