Offline Brand Executive

**YOUR ROLE**
This is a unique opportunity for a growth specialist to develop within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As Brand Executive, you will work closely with Brand Managers to scale our portfolio of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands
- Assist the brand manager in the daily management of your DTC brand across all dimensions for the offline channel, including operations, marketing, channel / geographic expansion, and new product development
- Perform research on category / consumer trends and competitor landscape to inform strategic direction
- Strategize key offline partnership and commercial negotiation with retail partners
- Analyse and strategize campaign and promotional mechanic to grow the offline channel
- Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations
- Understand your customer and manage customer operations on various digital channels
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand management, trading marketing, e-commerce, marketing, or other technical role, preferably at a fast-paced startup / B2C space
- Concise and clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
- Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
- Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment, and is eager to help build Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
