**Responsibilities:

- Assist sales coordinator to manage phone calls, correspondence and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to sales coordinator efficiently and independently. - Provide support to sales coordinator & sales team by using AutoCount system.
- Perform, develop and maintain a filing system.
- Perform tasks or assignments according to SOP or as directed by the management.
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ulu Tiram: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
