Sales Admin Executive

Assist & serve walk in customers.
- Assist customers with collection of goods.
- Assist with order processing and daily data entry in auto count system.
- Assist sales team with calling of customers, collection of payments, preparation of quotations and samples, setting up appointments and submission of orders.
- Liaise with others admin team, suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Ensure the goods delivered from JB to KL are on track & with correct parcel quantity before releasing to customers.
- Ensure that all documents are well sorted and organized daily.
- Follow up with all pending deliveries.Update customers and sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.
- Handle and rectify all on site issues faced with customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
