_**Job Description **:_

As a Sales Executive (Marketing) at Karisma Education Group, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Sales and Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of marketing plans.
- **Customer Acquisition**:

- Actively seek out and engage prospective customers through various channels.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the features and benefits of the educational products and services offered by Karisma Education Group.
- Effectively communicate product information to customers.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective sales campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing goals.
- **Networking**:

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a professional network and generate leads.
- **Targets and KPIs**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and report progress toward goals regularly.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
