- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of Karisma Education Group's products and services.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our offerings to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to product delivery.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and deals closed.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
