Business Development Executive

**Job Objective**: To be able to support and assist in company Business development, in terms of sales, marketing, operations, and oversea expansion within EU region.
**Targeted Territories**:Europe
**Job descriptions**:
1. Sales and development.
a. Research, expand & penetrate to develop new customers for EU region.
b. Daily interaction with customers to build a fruitful relationship with existing and new customers.
c. Monitoring enquiries received and ensuring prompt replies from sales.
d. To achieve monthly sales target.
2. Problem solving/ Operations
a. To be able to suggest for company development.
b. Able to solve primary issues him/ herself arise within the office and operation procedure.
c. Coordinates with sales team to ensure good service provided to customer achieve company expectations.
d. Finding ways to improve sales within group objectives.
e. Providing Technical advise for sales to aid in closing orders.
f. To be able to propose and improve company infrastructure in terms of sales, marketing, and operations.
3. Administrative
a. Handle and organize office administrative work & sales documentation.
b. Other Ad hoc duties require by management or manager
c. Weekly sales report submission.
4. To work with the HQ to ensure strategies are aligned with group objectives
a. Understand the group objective and regional entity roles.
b. Support the overall plans and motivates EU office personal to execute.
c. Updates quarterly on any revised plan
d. Execute and Support plans planned by HQ
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Expand and penetrate new customer for EU region.

- Achieve company sales target.
- Monitoring enquiries received and ensuring prompt replies from sales.

- Providing Technical advise for sales to aid in closing orders.
- Maintain relationships with staff partners, Client as well as other departments and regional offices.
**Requirement**:
- Extrovert personally, willing to made cold calls to new customers.
- Wield with high level of enthusiasm
- Honed basic Mechanical knowledge.
- Preferred Qualifications: Degree (Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical preferred)
- Experience: 1~2 Years in sales roles (Marine industries will be an advantage)
- Language proficiency (both written and oral): English and Dutch
(conversational German will be an advantage)
- Preferred industry: Marine industry.
- Capable of holding general meetings, presentations and training.
- Capable of using Microsoft office (i.e excel, words and power point)
- Experience with Microsoft Navision will be an advantage
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Desa Cemerlang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
