**Overview**:
LiveIn offers an exciting internship opportunity within the Customer Success Team for individuals passionate about tenant/ owner engagement, and retention.

This internship offers 2 positions of the Customer Success Team:
1) Concierge Intern

2) Owner Engagement Intern

**1) Concierge**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:

- Act as the primary point of contact (on ground) for all or tenant requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

Units & Rooms Conditions Management:

- Ensure units & rooms condition up to standard and schedule, coordinate with the maintenance team and repair services as needed.
- Monitor common areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.

Communication:

- Maintain open and clear communication with tenants, and property management staff.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Document check in, check out activities, booking fees and tenancy agreements.

**2) Owner Engagement**

Owner Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex owner inquiries and concerns.

Communication and Outreach:

- Assist in developing and implement effective owner engagement strategies.

Issue Resolution:

- Ensure timely and effective handling of owner concerns, complaints, and issues.
- Collaborate with the property management team to resolve problems and ensure owner satisfaction.

Owner Retention:

- Assist in developing and executing initiatives to enhance owner retention and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to improve owner engagement and satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records of owner communications and interactions.
- Prepare reports and summaries on owner feedback, concerns, and engagement initiatives.

Owner Education:

- Work with team members to educate property owners on property management processes, policies, and best practices.

Market Insights:

- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and conditions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine interest in fostering tenant relationships and owner engagement.
- Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating and maintaining meaningful experiences for tenants.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and with a strong desire to contribute to Livein's customer success initiatives.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM650.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
