**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to **drive client engagement** and expansion
- **Identify and build relationships** with key decision-makers across the client portfolio
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to provide tailored solutions
- Contribute to the development of the **company's client success program**:

- Ensure **exceptional client experience** throughout the entire client journey
- Operationalize client success program through effective engagement models

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical account management or business analysis roles
- Bachelor's degree in associated business disciplines (Computer Science, Information Technology, Geography, etc.)
- Proven ability to establish relationships at all levels within large client organizations
- Strong sales cycle knowledge and experience, particularly in software and solution sales
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when required
