Cargobase is looking for an outstanding Customer Success Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to help us realize our growth ambitions for the region. The Cargobase Transportation Management System is transforming how thousands of industry professionals worldwide process logistics. We help customers across many sectors, including automotive, semiconductors, electronics, and oil & gas, to improve their transportation management.
You will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary client experience, whether for a prospective, a new, or an existing customer of Cargobase. Your efforts will ensure that customers buy, adopt, embrace and expand the use of the platform. We’re looking for self-motivated and hard-working individuals. **Responsibilities**
- Reporting to our Customer Success Lead for the APAC region, you will be responsible to:
- Deliver world-class support to our shipper and provider users
- Be the go-to resource for customer questions and platform inquiries
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our product and technical teams to report, identify and troubleshoot customer queries
- Maintain our excellent service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead the onboarding of new customers to ensure successful adoption by shipper and provider users
- Monitor the health of existing customers by measuring usage KPIs
- Set action plans to increase the usage of the platform and ensure features are used as expected
- Contribute to the improvement of our product by formulating features requested by users
- Work hand in hand with marketing and sales on various projects aiming at accelerating the growth
**Job Requirements**
- 5-7 years of work experience is preferred
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service
- Exposure to SaaS products or digital solutions as a user or as user support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Mandarin speaking would be a strong advantage
- Passion for consistently delivering great customer experience
