**Responsibilities**:

- Job Brief:

- We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the organization while providing oversight on the IT-based projects within our organization.
- Assistant Project Manager’s responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager coordinating with different departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing purchase and payment request, building estimates and scheduling meetings as needed.
- Ultimately, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly, within scope and within budget.**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and carry out an efficient project documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings, appointments and events and provide reminders as needed
- Maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations for the project team.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing purchase and payment request, estimates, and claims for the projects’ senior-level officer.
- Ensure functionality of necessary project office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Assist Project Manager in keeping track of and report on project progress
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently
- Assist in maintaining strict confidentiality, and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, clients, government departments, and business associates.
- Handling or assist any other ad-hoc duties, activities and project management tasks from various IT projects as instructed by superiors/ management from time to time

Requirements and skills:
- Degree in IT or equivalent. Newly graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft 360
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Good attendance and time keeping
- Good working attitude and self-discipline.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
