**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee branch opening, relocation, and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

2. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.

3. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Manage communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.

5. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in branch project management.

6. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

3. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

6. Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for design and layout planning.

7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry is desirable.
