Junior Bim Operator

**Model Creation and Management**: Creating detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using BIM software. This includes representing the physical and functional characteristics of a facility.

**Data Input and Integration**: Inputting and managing data in the BIM model, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) information. They ensure that the model accurately reflects the specifications and design intentions.

**Collaboration with Design Teams**: Working closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop and refine building models. BIM Operators often play a crucial role in coordinating different aspects of the design.

**Visualization and Presentation**: Generating visualizations from the BIM model for presentations and client reviews. This may include renderings, walkthroughs, and virtual reality experiences.

**Documentation**: Producing construction documents and drawings derived from the BIM model. This includes floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.

**Quality Control**: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the BIM model. This involves checking the model for errors and making sure that it adheres to relevant standards and guidelines.

**Project Coordination**: Assisting in project coordination by using the BIM model to identify potential clashes or design issues. This helps in preemptively resolving problems before construction begins, saving time and resources.

**Training and Support**: Providing training and technical support to team members regarding the use of BIM software and best practices.

**Continuous Learning**: Keeping up-to-date with advancements in BIM technologies and methodologies. BIM Operators may need to continuously learn and adapt to new software versions and industry standards.

**Contribution to BIM Implementation Strategies**: Participating in the development and implementation of BIM strategies within the organization, which may include setting up processes, standards, and workflows for efficient BIM usage.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
