**A Snapshot**
As the Service Delivery Manager, reporting to the Service Delivery Director (who is based in Singapore), you will engage with multiple internal teams including design, development, operations, solutions, legal, finance and security, and make your mark in a number of ways:
- Be a critical customer interface and handle important customer relationships
- Lead and run end to end data centre customer fit-outs delivery, from project initiation to delivery ensuring adherence to project scope of work, budget and timeline
- Work with customers to define data hall fit-out requirements, deliverables and timelines
**Your Day to Day**:
- Work closely with the AirTrunk Legal team to prepare customer Service Orders to document fit-out scopes, delivery breakthroughs, and budgets
- Coordinate and facilitate customer project meetings, and handle project documentation including RFI trackers, shop drawings submissions, technical submittals, and project closeout
- Project manage, in conjunction with the development team, customer fit-outs being delivered by AirTrunk on behalf of customers, including meticulous scope control, to ensure all customer expectations are met
- Acquire design and budget approvals from customers, conduct risk analysis, and provide reporting throughout customer fit-outs construction
- The primary point of contact with customers throughout the fit-out process, onboarding, and integration with Operations
- Facilitate customer onboarding including coordinating introductory meetings
- Coordination of customer provided equipment acceptance between Early Access and RFS, including racks, servers, network equipment etc
- Support customer audits and inspections throughout the development and fit-out process
- Ensure Early Access, Ready for Service, and other customer contractual requirements are met; coordinate with internal teams to track and maintain compliance with all contract obligations
- Ongoing, support customer BAU with the preparation of customer operational reporting, including SLA, security, and other reporting as required by the customer.
- Project manage customer projects post-RFS on behalf of customers, including structured cabling, Electronic Security Systems, BMS interfaces, Electrical Distribution Systems i.e PDUs, TOBs, etc
- Adhoc tasks such as developing programs, participating in design reviews, preparing budget, acquiring customer approvals, assisting in managing incidents, etc.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of project management experience in critical environments
- Data centre project management or facilities management experience is preferred
- Ideally, project management (PMP) certification
- Customer-focused and can establish positive relationships with customers
- Able to track and synthesize large amounts of data and prepare valuable reports and summaries for management and customers
- Ability to manage urgent, complex tasks and competing priorities and ability to express ideas clearly in written and verbal communications with strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ProMapp, Procore, MS Projects, Bluebeam
