As an Accounts and Admin Clerk you will handle a variety of financial & administrative tasks within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Entering financial data into accounting software.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Processing invoices from suppliers.
- Preparing and sending invoices to customers.
- Verifying accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
- Generating regular reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Providing administration assistance for day to day running of the organization and its projects.
- Handling communications with vendors and clients.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Working Conditions:

- Office-based role with standard working hours.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
