**Salary**: RM 8,000 + RM 400 KPI
**Shift**: 24/7 Rotational (5 days on, 2 days off)
**Start Date**: October 21, 2024

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the airline or booking industry (required)

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Duties Include**:

- Understand customer needs, clarify issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Build strong customer relationships by going the extra mile.
- Safeguard customer privacy and protect personal information.
- Meet both individual and team performance targets.
- Handle a range of inquiries, from simple to complex, within the designated time frame.

**Additional Information**:

- The company will cover paperwork and relocation expenses.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
