About the Job

Swift is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis department, you will play a crucial role in delivering valuable business insights for management's decision-making and strategy formation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering meaningful use cases and analyses complemented with actionable business insights for the team and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate and relevant information for investment or operational decisions.
  • Managing and analysing large data sets, translating them into intuitive insights for management and linking these with the business context.
  • Contributing to various activities such as report business performance, supervise performance against targets, forecast business for short/long-term planning, develop models to detect special patterns in Swift data, simulate product usage, identify key drivers and related impacts, etc.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in Business Analytics, Business Information System, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, accountability, and ownership behaviour.
  • Operational Excellence and ability to work independently while collaborating well with the team.
  • Passionate lifelong learner and developing knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and great stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication and written skills in English.
