Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Risk Management Professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our client is a leading player in the online trading and financial service industry, and we are looking for someone who can help us stay ahead of the curve in terms of risk management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough reviews of customer documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Investigate potential suspicious activity while performing KYC checks.
  3. Activate new customer trading accounts after completing the onboarding process.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients through multilingual and templated emails.
  5. Perform back-office operations, including withdrawals, transfers, and deposits.
  6. Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in finance or a related field.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred candidates should be able to start immediately.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are required.
  • Prior experience in KYC and/or back-office operations is an advantage.
  • Able to multitask and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines.
  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
