As a Housekeeping Coordinator at W Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our success and make a real difference in the lives of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between housekeeping staff and hotel management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall hotel operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.
  • Certifications in housekeeping or hospitality management are an asset.
