Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Guest Services Centre Department, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will take charge of managing the team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and coordinating daily operations of the Guest Services Centre Department
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest experience and increase satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to maximize revenue and occupancy
  • Ensuring seamless interactions between teams and stakeholders
  • Providing training and development opportunities to enhance team knowledge and skills
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and amenities

This individual will work closely with the Front Office Manager to drive business objectives and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
