The Front Office Manager provides general guidance and supervision to oversee the entire Guest Services Centre Department under the corporation's policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will manage the department's daily operations, identifying areas that require improvement and implementing solutions to maintain high-quality service standards.
This position collaborates with various departments, including Front Office, Commercial, and Revenue Strategy, to optimize revenue generation from dining and room sales while maximizing occupancy levels.
A key aspect of this role is executing best practices in yield management, as implemented by the Revenue Department, to drive business success.
This individual will be responsible for:
- BEO special requirements
- Group Resume Requests
- Daily Operations
- CMT, FCS, and all Telephone Equipment including network
This person will also have comprehensive knowledge about rooms, room rates, hotel facilities, food and beverage promotions, operational hours, menu prices, packages, promotions, restaurant seating and table plans, and special events in the hotel.
