Job Title: Senior Activation Manager

Are you an experienced professional looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Activation Manager at Absolutemkt.

In this role, you will oversee multiple client relationships and drive business growth through proactive engagement and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client relationships, focusing on retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement, leveraging technical tools and data analysis.
  • Closely collaborate with our Business Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes for client success or failure, contributing to product or process enhancements.
  • Partner with internal teams to align with client goals and key performance metrics, consistently delivering outstanding results.
  • Leverage data analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness, ensuring high client satisfaction and renewal rates.
  • Develop and present comprehensive campaign insights reports, incorporating detailed analysis and research.
  • Oversee weekly campaign status documentation for review and implementation.
  • Work closely with our Finance department on billing setup and invoicing.
  • Maintain strict adherence to established processes and workflows, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative processes and workflows as needed.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
  • Develop potential to become a People Manager.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent.

Skill Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years account management experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, and Retail/Shopper activation roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong business acumen.
  • Process-driven with a focus on agency interests.
  • Able to lead by example, maintain positive spirits, and contribute to team morale.
  • Experience working with complex projects and high-profile accounts.
  • Adaptable to new environments and work processes.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and multitasking.
  • Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
  • Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to challenges.
