Overview of Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Global Payroll Operations. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll inputs, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll inputs, consolidate data, and prepare it for payroll vendor processing.
- Execute time management activities in Success Factor to ensure employees are paid correctly based on time data.
- Ensure payroll input processing adheres to established processes and compliance controls.
- Analytical reviews of payroll input transactions to identify errors and drive compliance to HR/Payroll guidelines.
- Prepare and submit various payroll input-related reports as per scheduled timelines.
- Timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll input administration and processing.
- Some site HR and COE administrative tasks.
- Attend to queries related to payroll and time processing activities & matters.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with handling EMEA payroll inputs processes.
- Familiarity with the company's HR and Payroll policies and procedures for EMEA countries.
- Understanding of functional architecture of Success Factor HR system to perform research and resolve basic and complex issues dealing with data especially in time-related data.
- Creating and executing test scripts to confirm system changes and escalate issues and defects.
- Experience in working in IT, Human Resources, Payroll, and/or HR-related service functions.
- Meticulous/detailed person.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
- Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices.
- Excellent time management and work prioritization, ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrates strong ability to communicate clearly and successfully through a variety of channels and circumstances.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptive problem-solving through applying new methods and concepts to the Service Center (for example, new processes and/or technical solutions).
- Strong process and procedure orientation with the ability to apply continuous improvement methods.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people and able to work effectively within a team.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you have a strong background in payroll operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
