Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General HR Service Delivery and HR Advisory
- Delivers fast, responsive and high-quality HR services to HR communities, managers and employees, oversees accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders answering to inquiries (accurate and on time), prepares, dispatches and fills documentation.
- Consults line managers on employee life cycle processes incl. time management, performance development and compensation topics to ensure timely and compliant execution of processes.

HR process administration:

- Ensures all Employee Lifecycle related changes and documentation from hire to retire are processed according to defined KPIs.
- Coordinates, administers and monitors employee life cycle related changes, processes and documentation, incl. hiring, onboarding, probation period, job changes, promotions, leave of absence, time management, performance and reward topics, one-time payments and salary changes, benefit management, payroll preparation, ending of employments etc.
- Maintains people data quality in HR systems related to Employee Lifecycle processes and provides support to relevant teams and stakeholders for on-demand reports.
- Performs compliance and quality assurance related tasks, e.g. four-eye principle approvals and run control reports and analysis.
- Acts as a back-up for other team members.

HR Projects & continuous improvement
- Exchanges on and consult with collaborators regarding HR operations policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance and deliver improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on experience and feedback from customers.
- Participates in and executes HR projects and activities.
- Proposes and implements efficiency and quality improvements.

- University degree/ Education, preferably in Human Resources or any Business studies.-
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.-
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.-
- Excellent Japanese and English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.-
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.-
