We are hiring HR Assistant who are capable to assist the Management in all Human Resources administration. This position will have both interaction with internal and external customers.
**Job Scope**
- Possess the knowledge in HR activities and processes, including recruitment, payroll, and HR administration.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll processing on timely basis and preparation of workers’ annual EA forms.
- Audit on workers’ hostels at its best maintenance and meeting government’s regulations.
- Source and maintain a reliable group of suppliers related to the welfare of staff and workers who provide good service, best rates and terms and review such provision on a regular basis.
- Responsible for the purchasing, maintenance, and efficiency of office equipment.
- Monitoring of all management company vehicles’ road tax and insurance renewal.
- Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices, it is necessary to deal with the government, be familiar with and understand the relevant policies of the government.
- Execution of employee engagement programs and related matters, including disciplinary issues, etc.
- Nurture a positive working environment and be able to work harmoniously with all departments.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Responsible for the administration of personnel transactions covering group insurance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Required Skills and Qualification**
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in service industry. (_Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)_
- In depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Labour Law, SOCSO, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Immigration, LHDN and foreign worker requirements.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Must be computer literate.
- Possess own transport.
- Organized and able to multitask on multiple issues simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
