**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and establish HR policies and regulations, optimize procedures and supervise execution, promote group and company's ideas and cultures especially for the group of companies, including the Singapore subsidiary.
- Provide overall HR leadership to the organization and be a strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy for the Company.
- Establish and execute staff training plans, design staff career development plan.
- According to group and company’s requirement and plan, design and implement salary and benefits system, assist other departments to accomplish performance appraisal.
- Oversees all employee relations program, including promotion, performance review, disciplinary procedures. Ensure that employee’s voice is heard fairly and equitably.
- Lead staffing and recruitment management, based on company business needs, establish, and execute recruitment plans and staffing projects.
- Well manage of employee relationship and resolve disputes.
- Ensure sound HR practices, policies & procedures, and processes are in place to support the business operations and legal and statutory requirements.
- Leads and develops a team of HR professionals to support the business and provide the employee lifecycle services.
- Managing the payroll function and payroll processing.
- Driving the implementation of new HR management system.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
- At least 10 years and above of solid HR generalist experience with strong stakeholder management & business partnering skills.
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources Management.
- Experience in setting up the department and growing a team would be an added advantage.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on when required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Prior working experience in MNC environment would be ideal.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources GENERALIST: 5 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 10 years (preferred)
- Talent acquisition: 5 years (preferred)
