About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General HR Service Delivery and HR Advisory
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders answering to inquiries (accurate and on time), prepares, dispatches and fills documentation.

Talent Acquisition Operations
- Supports Hiring Managers (HM) with the initiation of the recruitment process as per need (guidance).
- Prepares and publishes job postings based on a detailed understanding of the position requirements and implement recruitment strategy as per the first briefing conversation with the HM.
- Provides feedback to HM about interviews as well as about test results (as applicable) and consults on decision making.
- Maintains people data quality in HR systems related to ATC processes.
- Acts as a back-up for other team members.

HR Projects & continuous improvement
- Exchanges on and consult with collaborators regarding HR operations policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance and recommends and supports improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on experience and feedback from customers.
- Supports HR projects and activities.
- Proposes and supports the implementation of efficiency and quality improvements.

About you

- University degree/diploma in any business studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, additional language such as Mandarin/Thai would be an advantage.
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
