**Your New Role**:

- Owns Talent Acquisition APAC’s administration, coordination, and completion of internal compliance documentations.
- Provide administrative support for APAC TA team’s recruitment projects vary from country to regional to global scale.
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports per management requests
- Coordinates schedules and meetings for APAC TA team
- Generates ad hoc reports on APAC’s recruitment and headcount activities

**Preferred Skills & Knowledge**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Office administration experience preferably in an HR or staffing capacity.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different time zones and cultures.
- Deep understanding and commitment to the requirements of confidentiality
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs.

**Desirable attributes**:

- Shown customer service mentality with a "can do" attitudes.
- Strong organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English plus one Asian languages ability will be a big plus (Malay, Korean, Chinese etc.)
- Resourceful and highly dependable and efficient

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
