To support our ongoing growth and ensure alignment between our financial objectives and our talented team, we're looking for a People & Talent Manager to join our dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As the People & Talent Manager, you will play a vital role in our organization, helping to drive the company forward. Your responsibilities will include:
**Financial Strategy Support**:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement our financial strategy.
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring.
**Talent Management Assistance**:
- Contribute to talent acquisition efforts and participate in the onboarding process.
- Support the identification of training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
**Performance Oversight**:
- Assist in setting up a performance measurement system and participate in performance reviews.
- Support feedback processes and provide guidance for performance improvement.
**Organizational Development Involvement**:
- Contribute to the analysis and enhancement of the company structure, roles, and responsibilities.
- Participate in implementing organizational changes that improve efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Some exposure to financial strategy, budgeting, or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work.
