**Located at Pulau Pinang**
**Salary range between RM 2000 - RM 2500**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Implement recruitment strategies**: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, reduce time-to-hire, and streamline the hiring process end-to-end.
- **Cultivate strong client orientation**: Understand and meet clients' unique project management requirements by delivering tailored recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.
- **Utilize data and analytics**: Leverage data and analytics to drive informed recruitment decisions, improving processes and project management outcomes.
- **Contribute to a purpose-driven organization**: Demonstrate motivation to be part of an organization dedicated to transforming the future of mass hiring project management.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:
- Age 19 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree and Diploma's holder is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and recruitment software.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must have own transport and be able to travel within Pulau Pinang.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
