Ninja Van is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Sort to oversee and manage all aspects of daily sorting operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of logistics operations, sortation & warehousing and be able to develop & execute efficient sorting procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Result Area - Sort
  • Oversee sorting center operations to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Implement best practices for sorting operations, including automation and process optimization.
  • Monitor handling of goods to minimize damage or loss during the sorting process

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with logistics technology and tools, such as route optimization software and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
